Important Information About Scheduling…
- I will do the schedule 6 months in advance and post it here (click on button below…). I will “try” to stick to that as much as I can, but the golden rule is that things can and will change, so ALWAYS go by the e-mails you receive from me from Planning Center Online. (“PCO”) Speaking which, here is how I set them up…
- Every TUESDAY I will e-mail out the services (9:30 / 11:00 / 6:00) via PCO to those folks who have been scheduled (see #1 above) – please respond by “Accepting” or “Declining” – Click HERE for a tutorial of how to do this.
- Every WEDNESDAY the scheduled musicians and vocalists will receive a reminder e-mail from me via PCO reminding them of the Thursday rehearsal – 6:30-7:30pm
- Every FRIDAY anyone scheduled will receive an e-mail from me via PCO to remind them of the Sunday services, times, and what you are scheduled for.
- If you have a conflict, please let me know ASAP. (Contact info below)
